2019 has been a busy year for the choir; with concerts at venues across the  County and the opportunity to continue our rationale of helping make monies for Kent's good causes and charities.

Of course, during the month of December the choir will be entertaining folk at a number of different venues across Kent; we love Christmas concerts, the atmosphere, the festive spirit of our audiences and the dark evenings which all add to the ambience of the concerts. The one downside for the choir is not remembering the 16 plus pieces we sing but that the majority of Christmas songs have roughly the same words and message which can make it difficult to sing out in the correct order!! Hopefully there won’t be too many unexpected solos.

Importantly for the longevity of the choir we recruited a number of new members during the year many of whom have already joined us in concert - so a huge thank you to you all! Should you wish to join our happy throng (and why not) then come and sing with us on 9th January 2020 at our next open evening -  details can be found here.

As the year ends we can confirm that we are already fully booked for 2020 and already filling up the following year's calendar.

Next year sees our MD Martin Rendle and our accompanist Karen Barton-Holman achieve a milestone with the choir -  their 10th year!  We are extremely grateful to both for their commitment and dedication to the choir.

On behalf of the choir and its committee we take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a very merry Christmas; and a peaceful New Year. We very much hope to see you at one of our concerts!
